We make our houses very complex, and most of the work is done manually. The houses are designed and constructed for the long term. Even the clay gutters are set one by one. At the natural stone facade, each stone is processed till it fits into the intended place. Many of our work processes are getting more and more uncommon in Mallorca and are only used in the high-quality house construction.
